Q: I want to get organised with CLOSSY but I’m not sure where to start. How do I figure out what products I need? 
A: For help with choosing the right products to organise your space read our CLOSSY Get Started Guide here Alternatively you can choose from one of our bundles which have been curated by us for you to make the task of organisation simple and effective. 

 

Q: Does CLOSSY offer a home organisation service? 
A:  At CLOSSY we do not offer home organisation services. Our products are designed to make the task of organisation simple and effective and our blog  shares tips, ideas and inspiration to empower you to be able to do it yourself. 

Q: Are CLOSSY products dishwasher safe? 
A: Our products are not dishwasher safe and washing them in high temperatures may cause warping or discolouration. We recommend washing your products with warm soapy water prior to use. Do not use abrasive sponges as they may scratch. For complete care instructions for your CLOSSY products please refer to the care label.  

Q: Are CLOSSY products food safe? 
A: The CLOSSY Everywhere Edit, Stackable Edit and Pantry Edit are food safe. With the exception of our glass products, these CLOSSY Edits are all made from food grade, BPA free, recyclable PET. Our glass products are made from high borosilicate glass which is very durable but not shatterproof. 

Q:  I need to make a return. How do I go about this?

Q: I am placing my order from the UK. Will I have to pay customs charges? 
A: Customs charges are applicable for orders placed to the UK. You will be contacted by the shipping agent after your order arrives. CLOSSY is not liable for customs or additional fees. For further information see our shipping & returns page.
